What’s the difference between a diet and a cleanse?
When you’re on a diet, you might try to count every calorie you eat. This amount of time consuming work and restriction can leave you hungry, overwhelmed, tired and frustrated. Feeling like this is no fun, so you might give up.
This introductory 7-day cleanse program isn’t about starving your body, fasting, juicing, eating strange food combinations or taking lots of supplements. Instead my approach is to take a short period of time to move away from processed, refined foods and some of the top food allergens to give your body a little break. Working so hard to metabolize all of these potentially damaging foods takes a toll.
During the cleanse you’ll release toxins and nourish your body with seasonal, nutrient-dense, whole foods so it can heal, repair and reboot.

I created this cleanse program for several reasons:

Will I be hungry on the cleanse?
You may experience slight hunger the first few days of the cleanse, but you can always add in a snack from the meal plans I’ve put together for you. The meal plans are packed with amazing recipes that will likely become favorites of yours, even after the cleanse. This is not about restricting calories. You can eat as much of this healthy, yummy food as you want.
